Shift management is a key factor for the organization and productivity of a company and gets exponentially more complex as the business grows. When a substitution becomes necessary it can be very difficult to intervene promptly and efficiently if the right tools aren’t in use.

Indaco Project has developed a Shift Management Module inside the ND24 suite, that allows to assign the resources to the times, places and/or services to cover through a clear and easy to use interface.

To optimize substitutions Indaco has implemented a smart algorithm that can identify automatically the most suitable resources. This system chooses the worker based on its availability and skills, finding the one that can cover the substitution for the most time possibile and, at the same time, that has the most skills for the specific job.

As all the Indaco Project products the Shift Management Module is highly customizable, based on the specific necessities of every company: for example is possible to categorize the hours as ordinary and extraordinary or code the turns in a different way than the usual time schedule, but the possibilities are way more.
