TomWork+ 5.0 is the Personal Storage Machine designed and built by Indaco Project to manage, track and control the movement of utensils, tools, measuring instruments, small parts, valuable items and any object used in the company. The items can have different dimensions and weight.

PICK AND RETURN
TomWork+ 5.0 stores how many times an item has been picked and then stored, how long it has been used and after how long it needs to be replaced, providing complete asset management in real time.
Automating this process allows the company to save time and significantly reduce costs.
The mode of returning the item by reading the barcode makes pick-up/return operations even faster. This system also prevents the user from making mistakes when repositioning the item inside the automatic warehouse.
In addition, user interaction with TomWork+ 5.0 is simplified thanks to the touchscreen monitor and multilingual voice guide. Using his/her personal badge, the user identifies himself/herself and is guided to the picking of the only objects for which he/she is enabled. TomWork+ can be adapted to all badge and biometric systems.
The possibility of Multiple Picking helps to speed up the operation as it allows multiple objects to be distributed simultaneously. The operator will pick up various items, organized in real customized product KITs.
CUSTOMIZED CONFIGURATION
TomWork+ 5.0 allows to be periodically reconfigured using Sesamo Dispenser software by assigning different spaces to objects.
It is possible to change disks (Fig.1) with others of different sizes both in width and height and, for large objects, TomWork+ provides the introduction of double or triple height disks (Fig.2).

SOFTWARE PSM
Sesamo Dispenser is the WEB software that manages and records the entire flow of objects movements related to the supply warehouse, Personal Storage Machines, up to the user's activities.
A single database where all the historicized data converge and can be processed through custom statistics and analysis.
The program is multi-company and also allows you to manage distribution systems located in several branches and cities..
Sesamo Dispenser is a real management system that makes PSM solutions IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) able to address Industry 4.0.
